Education and learning are a mutual process. Having worked in education-related jobs since high school, I habitually consider myself to be both a student and a teacher at the same time.
By putting myself in the role of a student, I understand what kind of classroom students like, what kind of teacher they want, and what kind of learning objectives they have.
In my classroom, students are more than just students; they are my peers, my friends who share the same goals and hobbies, and my teachers who inspire and motivate me. I respect my students, love education and hope to carry it through my entire life.
