JoinIntroducing our unique course, where Chinese language teaching meets NSTEM (Nature, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) cross-subject content. Developed by our founder Ms Haiyun Rosa Wang, this innovative approach integrates captivating materials from these five areas, enriching language learning with real-world relevance. Tailored for 5 - 7 year olds in reception year and year 2, our course is designed for children with or without a Mandarin home language environment. By the end of the academic year, students will have learned to read and write in Mandarin. With our guidance, children will achieve YCT (Youth Chinese Test) Level 1, demonstrating a command of 80-200 words in reading and speaking. Encouraging active participation, children will have the opportunity to sing, dance, and perform short dramas in Mandarin, fostering confidence and creativity in language usage. ** Parents are encouraged to support their children's daily learning with a minimum of 10 minutes of revision in listening, reading, and writing in Mandarin with support from the school. While a home Chinese language environment is not essential, parental support is crucial in facilitating their children's language development.
