We always recommend that new students start with a trial session to help us find the most suitable class based on age, experience, and language ability.

Booking is simple – here’s how it works:

Step 1: Book a Trial Session

​

Click “Book a Trial” under your chosen course. You’ll be asked to fill out a short form with your child’s details:

​

• Full name

• Date of birth

• Parent/guardian name, contact number, and email

​

🟡 Please note: Trial sessions are charged at the usual lesson rate, and your child’s place will be confirmed once payment is received.

Step 2: Attend the Trial

​

Your child attends a trial session to experience our teaching and get to know the class environment. This also helps us assess the right level for them.

Step 3: Confirm Enrolment and Pay

​

After the trial, we’ll follow up with:

• A class recommendation

• The remaining term fee (pro rata)

• Payment instructions

​

Once payment is received, your child’s place will be confirmed.

​

Additional Information:

• If your selected course is full, we will offer alternative options, a place on our waiting list, or a refund (if applicable).

• One-to-one tuition is available upon request and is charged at a higher rate than group classes.
